Pathetic service at telkom Vaal Mall for Months

I have been I'll treated at telkom Vaal Mall. There is never a time I go there and come with satisfactory results. Just for a lame simswap. The guy working the whom I forgot to take his name did not give me all the relevant information thats required. They made me run around for a sim card that has no been ricad which I have no idea where to find. When I went back later the day he told me to check at Markham I can always find it there. I asked him why did he not tell me where to go from the beginning. His reply was" Its not my job to tell you where to go" even now I have not been assisted
