PATHETIC SERVICE AT TELKOM VAAL MALL

Visited Vaal mall Telekom store to apply for unlimited data plan. I submitted all the required documents and I was told that I'd be called in 3-4 days. Went to the 8days later to enquire about my application, and another lady told me that Telekom is not doing any new data plans. The incompetence of the staff at this store needs Devine intervention. Their service is pathetic.
