PATHETIC SERVICE AT TELKOM STORE HEMMINGWAYS EAST LONDON

Pathetic service!! I app**** for a contract phone on the 28th of September 2019, Telkom store Hemmingways mall, East London..Till today I have heard NOTHING from the store.. I called during the week and was advised that they still waiting on the credit vetting,bare in mind at the store I was told that this process takes 2 to 3 days.. It is now a week and 2 days and I'm still waiting on Telkom Hemingways to give me a ring with the progress of my application, I was told that a senior sales consultant will get back to me, but do you think that happened? NO.. Is this how Telkom treats its customers? I was told about their service but I decided to try them out ANYWAY AND SEE FOR MYSELF to my surprise the rumors about the service of Telkom stores are true!!!! I have witnessed it myself..

How does one even begin ro recommend Telkom with this type of service and treading behavior ?????
