Pathetic service at Telkom store

I walked into the Telkom store at Durban La Lucia mall looking for a laptop to buy. The main service desks were manned by 2 ladies, one of these ladies was busy with a customer and the other was free. As I walked in the lady who was free got up and opened the door behind the service desk and started having what was clearly a social conversation with whoever was in there, at one point she turned and made eye contact with me, saw that I was waiting to get some help and turned away back to her conversation. Eventually the lady who was busy with a customer was done and turned to help me... Before leaving the store, Miss social chatterbox came back to her desk and I asked her why she didn't help me her response was that she was busy so I asked her "Busy doing what? Chatting?" At which point she flat out ignored me and started asking her co-worker a question. I then said "Every customer is important." And I walked out the store. I did not get this ride ladies name but perhaps the following details will help

Date of incident: 4 May 2019 Time: 9h30 am Telkom store branch: Durban La Lucia Discription of offender: Young Indian lady (looks like she is in her 20s)
