Pathetic service at Telkom Eastgate branch
A very pathetic service been coming to the Eastgate branch over 5 times already no one is activating my Cancellation contract from 2012 which I paid till 2013 since it was a 2year contract.. Am still being billed and my name is affected badly on my credit records.. I just want a settlement letter since I do not owe them anything... And now it is said I owe then R1300 I no nothing about.. So am sick and tired I just want a settlement letter.... This branch should be closed down since they are useless
