Pathetic service at Telkom Clearwater Mall

I have been up and down about 5 times now with telkom at clearwater mall!!!!, firstly no one answers any of the numbers for the store ever!...I have app**** for a upgrade on on of my contacts, I have been up and down to and from the store everytime having to take leave from wor****!everytime I am there I am told there is no stock of the phone come back tomorrow or in 2 days, every time I an back I am told the same story by different people, last time I was there I was told that the phone was never ordered in the first place!!!!this Is pathetic service as i have been a customer of telkoms for years and years now!, also it is not the first time I am receiving such dismal service from the clearwater branch!!!!
