Pathetic service at Telkom !!!!

Since June this year, my cell phone line has been suspended due to non-payment. Yes, I struggled through this period and making payment for my cell phone was not not possible. However, on the 23rd September 2021 they deducted my account for the full outstanding amount. I waited in anticipation for my lines to be reopened but my waiting was in vain, No services up until now. I sent them my bank statements and I was promised that it would only take a few hours to reinstate my line. After five very long calls with various untrained and callous Telkom staff I am still not a satisfied customer. Telkom is fast becoming a train wreck and mirroring the type of chaos seen at sister Parastatals. Staff are aware of the fact that bad treatment of customers and *********** service will never be punished. By next year I will hopefully have my lines open and will also be in the position to cancel all my lines with Telkom. Their treatment of customers is despicable and I will be keeping my eye out for better service providers in the future!!!!
