Pathetic service at Telkom

I am terribly disappointed in the service at Telkom. I am a new customer to telkom and if this is already the service I am receiving not sure what a journey with Telkom this is going to be. I have signed up for fibre with telkom through vumatel. Vumatel has done an excellent job in getting their end of the deal sorted. Fibre has been installed and am now waiting on Telkom for my router to be delivered. I have not so much has even received an sms from telkom about the progress of my delivery. No communication whatsoever! Pathetic! I have called and called and no feedback received, no body at telkom can even give me a reference number for me to follow up. I have even takeñ the time to drive out to Telkom clearwater to find out what's happening. They couldn't even assist. I drove there all the way for them to send a lousy email to queries @ telkom and now I still wait! Please if telkom sells you any deals don't believe any of the dead lines they give you. Just a lie. I had to go home without my router, without feedback , without a reference number and very unhappy. All I wanted is feedback or reference number for me to follow up. Seems there is a major confusion at Telkom and all they want to do us get sales and what happens after that they don't care!
