Pathetic service at Telkom

I have been trying to get into contact with Telkom for so many weeks I have gotten no help what so ever. When you phoned the call centre they are so unhelpful. I need to cancel my line however they told me to do it online when I am doing it does not pop up with what they say I must but they don't understand. Today I call three times and they cut me. It was a black lady she just told me I can't help you do it online. Asked for name she cut the call. Pathetic service. I will never do anything with Telkom again
