Pathetic service at telkom

Worst service ever from telkom in cornubia. Upgraded 2 existing contracts to the p40 lite. I was told that it has all the apps that play store has. Wrong!!! It doeant even have half the apps that you would normally use nor is it in a user friendly way. I returned both phones within 2-3 days. I was told that if im not happy with the product i can return it within 7 days which i did. The consultant takes it back and says that it will take 3 weeks for her to cancel but they may be a cancelation fee.After 3 weeks she phones and says its fine theres no charge and its been waivered of. I decided to take a new contract at another branch only to be told that theres a fee of approximately R11500 that needs to be paid (The p40 lite contracts amount) i explained to the lady the situation and she said she ll log a complaint. A few days later that amount was debited from my account and now the lady at cornubia says that she told me that they may be a cancelation charge. So i just got charged approximately R11 500 for phones that i returned? Does this make any sense? Had i known i was gona be charged for it why return the product? Its now gone over 2 months and im still waiting for feedback from them.
