Pathetic service at Telkom

I don't even want to rate Telkom!

When you go into the shop to upgrade your contract the following happens:

One goes through the telephones in the shop to see what phones are available. Phones are displayed with watches, you see it in the pamphlets too. When you get assistance it's being said that it's not available anymore BUT you get earphones BUT it's not in stock now. The consultant does the whole contract with you and say they will give you a call when the stock arrives.

It's about a month later and NO FEEDBACK FROM THE SALES PERSON AFTER BEING PROMISED TGEY WILL INFORM YOU.

How pathetic is this not. Why advertise in the shop, in the pamphlets but nothing is received. Are these little equipments being kept for friends and family or is it being ******.

My family and myself have been with Telkom for about 10 years and all of the sudden this kind of service 😠😠😠
