Pathetic service at Mondo Telkom Mobile

<p>I cancelled a Telkom contract with Mondo Telkom Mobile in January due to their incompetence. I returned the mobile device, received a case number and to my horror, money was debited even though my contract had been cancelled. I contacted them and was assured the money would be returned after 21 days..and now, they deposited the second amount!!!!! I am being debited for a phone and contract that I don't have. If anyone receives a call from anyone from MONDO TELKOM MOBILE....slam the phone in their ears. They don't respond to emails and the service you receive is sickening. I want my money back and they don't work on weekends! !!!!!!!</p>
