Pathetic service at its best by Telkom.

<p>Taking a data contract with Telkom is the worst mistake of my like...I never exceeded the allocated 15GB, but I am charged more than 500% extra with no valid reason.</p> <p>I lodged a complaint on 06/07/2017 and till today I have never received any call or email from the pathetic and lazy staff concerning my complaint (case number : ********** 7). Telkom deviated from our contract and they unreasonably want to blame it on me....That's madness. </p> <p>I went to their shops and phoned them a million times but the pathetic staff is ignoring me.</p> <p>I went to hand my complaint documents to Consumer Commission, and there I was told there are MANY similar complaints lodged against this pathetic company.</p> <p>I am now handing the matter over to my lawyers.</p> <p>I went to www.hellopeter.com to check customers complaints about this useless company...Ooooooh my God, I am not alone.</p> <p>I can't stop kicking myself in the nuts for taking a contract with this PATHETIC company.</p>
