Pathetic service as well as no reception

I took out a cell phone contract with Telkom with unlimited voice and data. Firstly I do not have reception for most of the time. Now I understand why it is unlimited because one can only use the phone for a few minutes a day when you have reception. I am a professional business woman and this poor coverage has resulted in me loosing out on major business deals as people cannot get hold of me. I was trying to get authorisation to get out of my contract due to this. For more than a month I have been shunt around from pillar to post. I visited Irene, Menlyn and Zambesi branches. I have spent hours on the call centres and I had to use other people's phones due to the fact that I drop reception after around the 15th minute while holding for the call centres. Also due to the fact that Telkom uses other service providers (MTN & Vodacom) I cannot use my \free"mobile data and are bombarded with sms's stating that I am out of my data bundle.
