Pathetic service as usual telkom

Samkelo from Telkom Contacted us regarding updating our lines and were promised a new device to support the upgrade.

this was last year November, since then we havent received our phones however Telkom went ahead with the upgrade. now i have no phone to use with the upgrade and cannot recieve calls in my offices.

i have sent numerous emails to "Samkelo" who never replies and you cant call back directly, Ive contacted Telkom who tell me there is nothing on the system to support my request as well numerous emails to telkom support which also never get any responses!

pathetic and dismal service which expected from Telkom. if you can go with another provider I'd suggest you do or never change the package that you are currently on.
