PATHETIC SERVICE AS USUAL FROM TELKOM

Good Day its 2 days and holding onto the call center at telkom for more then 5 hours for someone to assist log a call to transfer my residential line from one property to another and not one call center agent is able to assist. its 24hours Evelyn Pillay took my details and im still waiting for a supervisor to manager to call me back. there systems were off line and all the other times im being transferred from one line to another. please assist as im trying to relocate my line. telkom service really sucks they pathetic im at my wits end trying to get assistance
