pathetic service as always

<p>It's now 4 days since my complaint on hello Peter . I did receive an email from telkom if course to show the public they care but nothing has happened to date after I was told that a support team will be in contact with me . I call everyday which costs me from a cellphone but get told they can't get hold of technician who was assigned to this on 18th dec after my complaint . It's day 12 and still no phone line and wifi. I am paying for a service I don't have but Telkom gives a toss because we have no other choice for a land line service provider . </p>
