Pathetic service. Arrogant management

Had a smash & grab incident. Phone was taken. Got police Cas No for the smashing of the window and theft of cellphone. Went to Telkom Bluff to do a simple SimSwop. This was a real nightmare. Please refer to your cameras in store. We spent 3 1/2 hours there and no one wanted to help us. They said they cannot do it because it was under my husband's name. My husband was in ICU. The hospital letter was given to them. Gave them his ID, proof of address, a signed letter giving us authority to do the SimSwop, our ID's produced as well. But they were just too arrogant and said he must come in. After 3 hours I arranged for an ambulance to bring my husband on a stretcher with his oxygen tank in tow. Before the ambulance could arrive I told the manager that I was getting the media and TV to film the fiasco and drama as a seriously ill man had to be brought into the store by ambulance on a stretcher to give his thumb print. When we asked her if she wanted him to die in the store, she arrogantly rep**** that they took care of that because they need the will and they will close off the account!!!!
