PATHETIC SERVICE AND WORSE CALL AGENTS

I have been having problems with my data just dissappearing and I have been sending hundreds of messages!! They reply a day later and when I reply I just get ignored. I find it totally unacceptable. you need professional people there to help customers not these ones harrassing and swearing at customers.
