Pathetic service and untrained staff

If there was a less rating I would give it to Telkom, their service is pathetic and staff are useless and untrained. Do not get Telkom fibre or any service from Telkom the sales agents, customer care and billing are all a bunch of dunderheads who know nothing about their own service products. I spoke to precious in billing and tshidiware in sales both useless.
