PATHETIC SERVICE AND SATURATED TOWERS in RESERVOIR HILLS> DO NOT USE LTE Telkom.

The LTE service they gave us to replace the ADSL is pretty much USeless, works 'sort of well before peak hours '' ie like midnight to 7am its not bad ,, best speeds at 3am . It still NEVER HITS the peak download after 7am.. From 8am it tends to break in connection at times as the download link gets saturated. . the upload link works marginally okay as that does not get saturated. during sunday mornings it works fine till about 10am until people wake up. .

A fault was logged: the first time on 21 September and closed 3 hours later saying resolved and nothing changed:. On the 22nd September, i spoke to a supervisor and he was meant to reopen the falsely closed case #... but actually he did nothing , he **** and did nothing, the case as i found out this morning is still closed. and nothing happened. USELESS SERVICE, BlATANT DISRESPECT and failure to satisfy a customer.
