Pathetic service and rude staff at Woodlands TELKOM.!!!!!!!

<p>What an *********** useless and rude bunch of people! I have never had such service and it is a real pity that we have no fibre alternative in SA. Maybe Iburst is a better option as they are going LTE wireless now!!?? I have been waiting since October to get fiber. I have been to the Telkom shop in Woodlands 4 times now. always the same excuse. Called today for assistance and a lady answered after numerous attempts and no one answering. I was told that everything that can be done has been done. I said clearly not as I have been waiting since October. Requested to speak to someone senior and the rude idiot just put the phone on the desk and didnt bother to speak to me again, I could here the shop acticity in the background, until the call dropped ages later. Whatever you do do not support these cretins and look for alternatives as they clearly do not need our business and couldnt be bothered to service their clients!!!</p>
