Pathetic Service and over an hour wait on Telephon

I contacted Telkom on the 2nd of Feb about my phone line and ADSL not working, I am running a business and totally dependant on this.<br> To date nobody has come out to repair the line, I called 3 times and 3 different people escalated the call but nothing happened.<br> Every time I call I wait over 1 HOUR for someone to take my call.<br> Totally Disgusted
