Pathetic service and non-delivery on package promised

I upgraded / renewed a mobile contract with Telkom Clearwater mall, but I never got what was promised as part of the package. Instead I am expected to pay extra for stuff that is supposed to be in package. I told consultant assisting me to keep the maximum spend on the contract, but he did not, instead removed the cap to be unlimited. Contract came with extra 10g data for 6 months, instead that has not been added & I am being charged monthly for the data in excess of 2g. Several visits to the store and a call to Customer Services have been fruitless. They always tell me calls have been logged, no one in their billing department or at the store has made an effort to contact me. I am spending double what is in the contract, and need to cancel urgently as I cannot afford this false contract.
