Pathetic service and no response

Good day,

We have never been impressed with Telkom's service and unfortunately we had to have them install our wi-fi line. When installing Fibre, they made use of our security complex's intercom cable instead of the landline cable. When trying to contact them to come and fix this, their website was super-unfriendly and I could not find a way to contact them - hence the complaint. It has now been three months since a previous complaint and no-one has contacted me.
