pathetic service and no response.

I've taken an LTE contract with Telkom for a job that I'm doing, however, the coverage is low and I've been trying for the past two weeks to get help but I have received no response or help from them. I am unable to work because of this. They keep on telling me that a technician will come sort out my problem but nobody comes. I have to call back and most of the time my call gets dropped and I have to start again, also I have a wait at least 15 minutes to be attended to in the first place.
