Pathetic Service and Lies !

<p>I took a contract for uncapped internet and a landline at telkom city view in durban. I was informed that in 7 to 21 days the technicians would contact me regarding installation. 7 days passed no calls came through apart from a private number call which rang only 4 times. I was left such an unprofessional voicemail with lies saying that they have tried contacting me and i was not available therefore my application was cancelled. I went to telkom city view to complain and i was informed that the call centre had been doing that to numerous other client's </p>
