PATHETIC SERVICE AND *********** STAFF

Telkom at Heidelberg Mall in Gauteng, pathetic service and *********** staff. My husband and I app**** for a landline 3 weeks ago and we still haven't received what we app**** for. they never call you back for an update, when you call them its either the person you talking to doesn't know what you are talking about or will just say the person that was assisting you is off work today, I don't know anything about your query. they will promise to call you back, but they never do. we have been calling each and every day and seemingly they don't even know what the problem is. so disgusted by their service and I wasn't applying for this landline for fun, we really need it. now we are waiting and only God knows until when or what are we even waiting for.
