Pathetic service and *****

We cancelled our landline number the 25.10.2022 and it was cancelled the 28.10.2022 but the one of the telkom agents called the director and authorised a product without our authorisation they are billing us for something we did not order.I have called numerous times and emailed but the line still active and they still billing us.
