Pathetic service and *****

I am disgraced by the level of bad service of Telkom. I am actually so shocked I am suprized they keep any customers. Even when I brought up that they have been *****ing me and so many other people they were not alarmed as this seemed like a norm! I am saddened by how these big companies can take advantage of customers and many of them don't know any better or even when wanting assistance they know they will never be helped properly and just give up! Over the past few weeks I have called the call centre many many times. At was first just to get a statement, after about 4 calls not even this was done. When I finally got my statement they were charging me for things I never requested. This has apparently happened to many many people, including my husband. I will keep this post updated with the voice calls I'll be requesting in hope of helping other people being taking advantage of by Telkom. They might be cheap but you know what you say you pay for what you get. I would strongly advise looking into other service providers that all offer similar deals and at least are interested in helping and keeping customers happy.
