Pathetic service and disgusting attitude

Staff attitude is pathetic at the city view centre. They do not practice customer service at all. I called in regarding my contract the lady(Salma) that answered my call was rude and agressive. She knew nothing about my contract. She didn't bother to go and look up my details and offer a solution. All she could say was that i had to wait until the 30/6/2015 so that the person dealing with my contract was back in the store. So clearly theres no hand over of queries prior to a staff member not being there. Futhermore this women didn't even bother to take down my customer details for the manager to contact me, she further inconvenienced me as i had to call back more than once. Lynette the 'Store Manager' is clearly out of her depth as she cannot manage her staff correctly. I am utterly disappointed with this pathetic service.
