pathetic service and delivery

I want to show my disgust in a company that's meant to be proudly south African. You were once on top of your field. Now only a point of frustration and shame. You can't rely on and form of data support from 8ta. Nor a call centre agent. Just one excuse after another. I will glady voice my opinion to any ear willing to lend me a minute.
