Pathetic Service and Customer Care

<p>I have been trying to get a new phone and contract with Telkom for 2 weeks. It has been constant calls from my side and sitting on hold to FINALLY receive my new mobile yesterday. It has now been over 24 hours and still no service on the phone. I have now been on the phone for over 20 minutes - either speaking to *********** people or the wrong people (put through to by the *********** people). The general service and product knowledge at Telkom is abysmal and I'm regretting moving my business over more and more as every second of dealing with this company passes.</p>
