Pathetic service and ******

I took out a data contract. 1 being sim only and another being sim and router. I gave them account to be debited, surprisingly they somehow splitted the contract as 2 accounts. 1 debit on the account I gave and another on my other account without authorized to debit it. I tried to rectify this as it was causing problems.. The other thing after realizing the debit order from my other account I communicated with them and I asked them to debit from 1 account the full amount because noe the other debit order is not gonna go through. Since then they have not comp**** to the request and the other sim is blocked for non payment which is their fault. At some stage I paid the arreas as they were incurred and they activated the sim with the promise to make one debit order going foward. I am unhappy with their service as I am not getting the data contracted because of their incompetence and even when I have paid the arrears they don't even compensate with the data which was due to me. I am fed up with their service. Who in tge first place authorized a debit order from my other account when on the contract I specified the account to be debited.
