Pathetic service and consultants .

Called in last year to change my debit order date . After months of trying to find out why it's not changed , I get debited twice within 15 days . I called my bank immediately to reverse as this to me after I messaged and called and got no feedback is *****. Telkom admitted it was their system error . Thereafter I did make payment. Now I receive a bill whereby they're charging me R200 more for a reversal. This is utter bull**** . And when I call in to ask whats going on , consultant Lucky Dube can't get a manager to call me back for assistance!!! Pathetic service. I will be cancelling with immediate effect .
