Pathetic Service and Communication

I cancelled my adsl line with Telkom. They sent me a letter with a reference number ********** 43A to confirm that it is cancelled. Got billed AGAIN. When I complained they just told me it has been escalated. Escalated to WHAT??? It was cancelled. This is not on!!!!!!
