Pathetic service and a *******.

<p>Telkom is giving me way to much drama! I have paid my account up in full and i was sent various statements as proof.. but yet i still keep getting calls about how i am in arrears. i thought this was sorted when they refunded me the amount i over paid, but i guess i was wrong because now im receiving lawyers letters to say i will be BLACKLISTED! This is unacceptable and I will be taking things further if this is not sorted ASAP! you cannot keep threatening me for something that is your mistake. I was told the last time that according to your records, i am receiving the messages of another person becasue his cellphone number is listed as mine and somehow it shows on my account! I was told it was sorted and now this again!</p>
