Pathetic service, *********** agents!!!!

Telkom is the worse service provider. I am trying to cancel an upgrade since February and I even returned the device I received. I am out of service since February , but the deductions are just taking place on time. NOT ONE PERSON AT TELKOM CAN ASSIST ME. THEY ARE ALL ***********!!!! TELKOM SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE SERVICE THEY DELIVER! Over promise and understand deliver!!! PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!
