PATHETIC SERVICE AGAIN!!!!!

Raeesa Adam from switchboard most unempathetic and robotic to customers advised she is only employed to take down messages, spoke to luvabelo before this to reduce telkom package to pay only R200 per month with no extra minutes and put me through to sales. Raeesa says this will take 3 days to do which is completely unacceptable. Quick to sell and upgrade but very poor at downgrading my telephone line. Pathetic service once again from Telkom. Raeesa then said billing can canx but did not do this.
