Pathetic Service/ after sale service non existing

<p>On March 2015 I signed up for a LTE-A 200GB deal paying R 1 607.50 per month,at first I was happy with the service I was getting Download speeds off up to 50 mps.Unfortunately the speed started to slow down to a point that I only get 2 mps.On the 2016-09-07 I reported this to Telkom Mobile ( This was three months ago) it took another 6 calls to get someone to investigate,eventually someone did come and agreed sometimg is wrong.He could not tell me wath and had to escalate the problem,this was three week ago and after another 3 calls to Telkom Mobile NOTHING has been done to rectivy this.I will be canseling all my Telcom Mobile agreemnets and take my business to Cell C !</p>
