Pathetic service..... actually non existing service.

This is the most horrible service ever! I can not believe it. I want to buy more data for an Broadband account. I can not find it anywhere on their website, I went to telkom shop.... They are not able to help me! Gave me a number to phone.... 10210.... sorry sir phone 10213.... sorry sir you have to phone 10213..... sorry sir phone 10217... sorry sir phone 10210 option 1.... sorry sir phone 10213 option 2..... after all this going round and round i'm still without data or help!!!! This is so tipical what SA has become as well as Telkom...... PATHETIC!!!
