Pathetic service absolute disregard for paying customer

WiFi router not working for over a week now fault logged with Telkom they tell me the cables have been ****** in my area and they not replacing it I was told someone will call me as there is an alternate solution still waiting on the call pathetic customer service cancelling contract with this company
