Pathetic service!

We ordered a phone from Telkom in Menlyn almost 2 weeks ago and was told it would be there within the next week. We have no way to contact them and haven't received any calls. We have to go in to the store to find out if the phone is there and it's a waste of time! Its ridiculous that we haven't heard from them even to say that the phone hasn't arrived yet and that we have to drive all the way to find out the phone isn't there. What type of store doesn't have a contact number??? Pathetic
