PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

I made contact with Telkom over 1000 times but my problem is still not solved. They charge for 2 showmax subscriptions every single month and every single month I have to call in and ask for them to credit my account. After over year trying to get showmax out of my bill they remove 1 subscription and leave the other. This is unacceptable and very frustrating!!!! Its pathetic that I had to call in every month over a year to ask for a credit.
