Pathetic Service

Ignore the 1 star, its actually 0 stars. I am fed up with Telkom. I spoke to multiple consultants and the matter was only half fixed by a manager last month. Today my account is suspended and I was debited already by Telkom. I am in the middle of submissions and all of this is frustrating. Calling in to the call center is even worse because all the consultants are arrogant and ***********. I will be moving on to Vodacom where I have other contracts and where matters can be resolved in the blink of an eye.
