Pathetic Service

It’s been 2 weeks that I’m waiting for the phone I ordered, what makes things worse is the customer service line you go through so many prompts that you don’t know what to select in order to speak to someone regarding the delivery of the package. No tracking number is provided so you just sit there blindly. How Pathetic!!
