Pathetic service

So I had the unlimited WiFi with Telkom for myself and parents which I cancelled like 3 months back I am still getting billed for it and now my name is bad I am unable to do anything or open accounts because of this I think it’s very unfair no wonder people are always complaining on social media about Telkom and their poor service I mean can they not see that the service is not been used
