Pathetic service

Firstly looking at all this reviews I noticed that telkom has not rep**** to any of it yet I'm hoping that there is somebody reading it because the service at telkom is pathetic. I went into telkom promenade mall on Thursday wanting to take out a laptop (acer) contract, I was helped by waseemah who told me that my details had to be sent away because I have 3 contracts with telkom already but since there's 3 laptops at the back in storage she will keep one aside for me. She told me that if I don't get an sms I can phone head office to get the status on my account since they don't accept calls in store how stupid can you operate. I go to store wait a hour to be helped only to find out that they did not put the laptop aside for me and now I have to wait lord knows how long. I swear the service received not only in stores but by the call centre's as well is absolutely pathetic
