Pathetic service

My account has been locked for no reason. I keep trying to call the contact center by dailing 180, option 1 to be assisted with the number im calling on and then option 1 for English. Immediately after that im told that they will send me a link via sms for the self service options, then the call cuts. I am struggling to speak to someone about this problem
