Pathetic SERVICE

Been trying for weeks to sort this out with no help from telkom and no answer from TRUDONNo one is able to assist me at Telkom or Trudon. I did not at anytime ask for this and have been trying to cancel this for months. Im Trying to cancel my Telkom line but Ned to get rid of this charge.!!!!! Telkom says its not their problem but Trudons. Trudon is always unavailable & specifically no one to take the call all day ... Really Is what Telkom and Trudon doing legal?
